Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (some custom or large items may take longer).
  • Transit: Most international orders arrive in 10–30 days.
    If you need exact lead time information, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Free worldwide.
  • Premium / Express Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any handling fees required in their country.

If such fees are not paid and the package is returned or destroyed:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refundable amount.
  • No refund will be issued if the parcel is destroyed or abandoned.
  • Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Preorder & In-Stock Items

  • Preorder items ship once they arrive at our warehouse.
  • In-stock items ship promptly, unless unexpected delays occur.
  • Mixed orders (preorder + in-stock) may be shipped together or split depending on availability.

General Delivery Terms

  • Warehouse location: China
  • You may request an address change before shipment.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will ship what is available and contact you regarding the remainder.

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Reject it if possible and contact us immediately.
  • If delivered in your absence, contact us with photos and details.

Lost Parcels

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost after investigation, we will refund or resend your order.

Refusal of Delivery

Once the package arrives in your country, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the local carrier.
If refusal, incorrect address, unpaid import fees, or lack of communication leads to return or destruction:

No refund will be issued for product or shipping fees.
